
Refund Policy
I am committed to providing exceptional services. To guarantee your satisfaction, I require a full consultation and, for some services, a patch test prior to undertaking any course of treatment. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds related to consultations and courses of treatment.

Refunds for Courses Purchased Prior to Consultation:
In the event that you choose to purchase a course of treatment without undergoing a prior consultation, you acknowledge and waive your rights to a refund if it is discovered that the procedure is unsuitable for you.
Instead, the value of the purchase can be transferred to a more appropriate treatment. However, please note that additional fees may be incurred for the transfer.

Course of Treatment Commencement:
Once you have commenced a course of treatment, either immediately following a consultation or after the transfer process, I operate under a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in place because resources, time, and products are specifically allocated for each individual treatment.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
I strive to provide all clients with exceptional results and complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the outcomes of a treatment, I encourage you to get in touch with within 7 days of completing the approved course of treatment.
I will work closely with you to address any concerns and explore alternative options if necessary.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or treatment appointment, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 48 hours notice.
Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee deducted from the value of the course. A No-Show offence will result in the loss of the entire Treatment from the Treatment Course.

Exceptions:
In certain exceptional cases, where a refund may be justified due to extraordinary circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unexpected health conditions, I will assess these on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be required for such cases.
