My Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure that I can accommodate all Clients and offer them the highest quality of service.
When cancellations occur without adequate notice, it often results in gaps in my schedule, which can be challenging to fill. That is why I have a strict cancellation policy in place.
I kindly request that you inform me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the loss of deposit.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, my policy ensures that I am able to manage my schedules efficiently and effectively, and that I can give all clients the attention and care they deserve.
Enforcing this cancellation policy allows me to maintain high standards and provide the best possible service to each client, therefore, regardless of the circumstance, I stand by the enforcement of this policy, to ensure the continuation to offer the same level of quality care and service in the future.

Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Appointment:
If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your initial deposit.

I understand that unexpected emergencies or unavoidable circumstances can occur, and I encourage you to communicate with me as soon as possible should you need to cancel within the 48-hour window. I will do my best to accommodate your situation and find a mutually convenient alternative.
No Show Policy:
A "no show" is when an appointment is missed without prior notice. I allocate time and prepare products specifically for each appointment, taking into consideration your needs and goals. A no-show not only affects my schedule but also results in the waste of products and consumables which have been prepared in anticipation of your appointment and will therefore have to be disposed of.
Should you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, the full appointment fee will be required to be paid. This compensates for the time that was reserved for you and ensures fairness to both our myself and other clients.
Consequences of Non-Payment:
Failure to pay the full appointment fee for a no-show will result in an immediate ban from scheduling any future appointments at Face Aesthetics, Surrey. I take the commitment to providing excellent service seriously, and kindly request that you respect my policies.
General Deposit Policy:
For all appointments valued under £100, a 30% deposit of the total service cost is required upon booking. This deposit ensures that a slot is secured for the client and acts as a commitment from both parties.
For appointments valued at or above £100, a fixed deposit of £50 is required.
Additionally, for every further increment of £100 in the appointment value, an extra £50 deposit is required. For example, if the appointment value is £200, the required deposit would be £100; for an appointment value of £300, the required deposit would be £150, and so on.
Multiple Appointments:
I understand that some clients prefer to schedule multiple appointments in advance to ensure their preferred time slots. In the event you would like to schedule multiple appointments at once, such as one appointment every month for four months, each appointment's deposit must be paid one month in advance to the next scheduled appointment.
For instance, if the client intends to book four appointments, they are required to pay the respective deposit for each service, one month prior to the appointment. Failure to pay the deposit for any appointment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of that particular appointment.
Whilst I understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances may cause Clients to run late for their appointments, out of respect for other Clients who may have appointments scheduled after them, I have implemented a lateness policy.
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or shortened, as I may not be able to accommodate a full service without disrupting the appointments of other Clients. In such a case, this will incur a fee, as my time has already been reserved for the appointment.
I kindly ask that Clients communicate any potential lateness and aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure the smooth running of the Clinic. I appreciate my clients' understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it helps me to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule to benefit everyone.
I have a strict policy of no children under the age of 18 permitted within the clinic unless they are receiving treatment, due to the medical nature of my services. Whilst I appreciate and love children, I kindly ask that Clients make childcare arrangements before their appointment.
I acknowledge that children may quickly become uncomfortable or bored in an environment not designed for them, which brings about the potential for distractions that can compromise the quality of work and care I provide.
It is my responsibility to maintain a professional setting that aligns with all safety and health guidelines, allowing for me to focus entirely on providing Clients with high-quality treatments.
By enforcing this policy, I respect each Client's desire to feel relaxed during their appointments and their privacy during sensitive procedures.
Refusal to adhere to this Policy and in the event that a Client arrives to an appointment with any children under the age of 18, without any prior notice, refusal of service will be implemented alongside the relevant Cancellation Fee.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
I take pride in nurturing a culture of respect and dignity towards everyone, including myself.
Therefore, I adopt a strict no-tolerance policy against any forms of disrespect towards myself, including verbal abuse, discrimination, harassment, and any other inappropriate behaviour. I prioritise a safe and supportive to deliver excellent services and to ensure that everyone feels valued and respected.
Any breaches of this policy will result in immediate action.
I aim to continually uphold a strict code of ethics in all procedures. As a specialist professional, my top priority is the safety and well-being of each Client. That's why I take time to educate each Client about the potential risks and benefits of each procedure before we proceed.
If I feel that a treatment may not align with the Client's aesthetic preferences or if their expectations are unrealistic, I have the right to refuse the treatment.
My refusal is not a reflection on the Client, but rather my commitment to providing safe, effective treatments that align with my ethical standards. I believe that honesty and transparency are key in retaining Client trust and ensuring their satisfaction with each service.
I believe in providing Clients with the best possible service and outcomes. Therefore, it's important for me to understand and establish each Client's expectations realistically.
If I suspect that there may be presence of unrealistic expectations, I reserve the right to refuse treatment.
I believe that I have a responsibility to be honest and transparent with each Client and to set realistic expectations. I want each Client to be satisfied with the results of their procedures, which is why I take an educated approach on potential outcomes and limitations of the procedures. By doing so, I ensure that Client's are aware of what is achievable and what is not. Ultimately, my aim is to deliver safe, effective, and realistic outcomes that lead to ultimate satisfaction.
